AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryTianjin Ruihe Import & Export Co., Ltd. is the international business division of Tianjin Ruihe Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., supplying exhaust after-treatment products and technical solutions. The supplier reports automated production, IATF 16949-compliant processes, extensive catalyst expertise, OEM/ODM services, and customization from samples. However, its documented service-management controls are weak: no written procedures or records were provided for complaint handling, corrective actions, supplier approval, or service assessment. Financial credibility cannot be confirmed from the provided data because the reported recent financial figures are zero. The supplier has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, branches, SDK, or offline trade-show participation. Product innovation is supported by reported patents and R&D expertise, although no new product was reported in the past year.

Supplier typeThe supplier is identified as the international business division of a Chinese environmental technology manufacturer, focused on global promotion and sales of Richer-brand exhaust after-treatment products, technical solutions, and professional services. Its stated product expertise covers catalysts for natural gas, diesel, gasoline engines, and industrial VOC purification.

CertificationsThe supplier states that its manufacturing processes comply with IATF 16949 quality management standards and that quality control is applied throughout production. This is explicit evidence of a stated quality-management standard, although no separate certificate document is provided.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier reports no written procedures or records for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, or effective customer-complaint handling. It also has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, branches, or offline trade-show experience, indicating limited documented and localized service infrastructure.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports an experienced R&D team involving doctoral and master's degree holders, collaboration with research institutions, more than 20 national invention patents, and participation in industry-standard development. However, it also reports no new product in the past year and no available SDK, so innovation strength is supported but recent product-development evidence is mixed.

Production capacityThe supplier reports automated production lines, controlled processes from material preparation to assembly, one production line, and a broad equipment set including laser cutting, welding, pressing, drilling, and forming machinery. It also reports finished-product checks by packing staff and one quality-assurance inspector, which indicates production capability but limited documented final-inspection resources.

Customization capabilityThe supplier states that it provides customized solutions for different emissions standards and customer installation and budget requirements, offers customization from samples, and provides ODM and OEM services for well-known brands. These statements directly support broad customization and contract-manufacturing capability.
