Q:How about sample and charge?

Raw material samples like float glass, reflective glass, and mirror are free. Deep processing glass samples like tempered, laminated, or insulated glass are charged. Sample freight is paid by the buyer. After a mass order is placed, the sample charge will be refunded.
Q:What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
For deep processing glass, the MOQ is 100m2. For raw glass in standard sizes, the MOQ is one 20'ft container.
Q:What about the payment terms?
A:
Payment terms are 30% T/T deposit, with the balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:
The lead time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the order quantity.
Q:How to make sure the glass will not be broken during transportation?
A:
All glass is packed into sturdy export plywood crates and secured with metal straps inside the container to ensure maximum safety.
