Q:How about sample and charge?

Raw material samples like float glass are free, but deep processing glass samples are charged. Sample freight is paid by the buyer. The sample charge will be refunded after placing a mass order.
Q:What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A:
For deep processing glass, the MOQ is 100m2. For raw glass in standard sizes, the MOQ is one 20'ft container.
Q:What about the payment terms?
A:
Payment terms are 30% T/T deposit, with the balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).
Q:How long is the lead time?
A:
The lead time is 2-4 weeks, depending on the order quantity. Average lead time is within 15 workdays.
Q:How to ensure glass is not broken during transportation?
A:
Glass is packed into sturdy export plywood crates with metal straps and placed securely in the container. Paper and cork liners are used between sheets to prevent damage.
