During the warranty period, if a spare part fails under normal operation due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part free of charge.

Under normal circumstances, we can offer immediate delivery of standard machines within 7 days. This is made possible by our extensive network of resources, allowing us to check machine stock locally and nationwide, and receive units on time. For customized or factory-ordered machines, however, production may take more than 30 days.
