AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryFirst Rigging is a manufacturer and seller of rigging, crane, automotive, mining machinery accessories, chains, and related hardware, integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. It operates three production lines, reports broad product output information, exports 71%–90% of total sales, and has six years of export experience. The supplier holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and states that certificates from classification societies such as CCS, LR, and DNV can be provided. It offers extensive customization and OEM services, but its documented service procedures, inspection controls, corrective-action processes, and complaint-handling records are incomplete. Overseas operational support is limited: it reports no overseas warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or overseas service coverage. Financial credibility and innovation capability cannot be fully judged from the available information.

Supplier typeThe supplier is presented as an integrated manufacturer, seller, and service provider for rigging, chains, crane accessories, mining machinery equipment and accessories, and related hardware. Its stated operations include R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service, with three production lines and a 35,000-square-meter workshop.

CertificationsThe supplier states that it passed ISO 9001 quality-system certification and identifies an ISO 9001:2015 certificate. It also states that certificates from classification societies including CCS, LR, and DNV can be provided, although the specific certificates and their scope are not detailed.

After-Sales capabilityThe supplier has procedures for service assessment, corrective and preventive actions, and customer complaints, but no written records for these processes. It reports lead times within 15 workdays and accepts several quotation and payment terms, while reporting no overseas service coverage, warehouse, showroom, agent, branch, or offline trade-show participation.

Production capacityThe supplier operates three production lines, reports multiple product-category output figures, and has a modern automated workshop. Its exports represent 71%–90% of total sales, but it does not perform ongoing quantity reconciliation for every batch or production lot, indicating a documented production-control weakness.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly supports customization from samples, designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization, and also provides OEM services for well-known brands. These statements directly demonstrate broad customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier states that its products have been sold worldwide, particularly in America and Canada, and received positive customer reputations. It also states that products are welcomed by customers, but no named customers, project details, or independently verifiable case evidence is provided.
