AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryThe supplier manufactures and sells car-washing equipment and related mechanical and electrical products. It reports five production lines, annual output of 5,000 car-wash machine systems, 27 years of R&D engineer experience, and 50 quality-control staff, although another record lists two quality assurance and quality control inspectors. The supplier supports design-based, full, minor, and flexible customization and reported new products during the past year, but does not provide ODM services or SDKs. Certifications listed include ISO 9001, CE, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, an informationization and industrialization management system certification, credit certification, and American UL certification. Overseas service infrastructure is limited: no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents, or branches, and zero countries listed for overseas services. It has participated in the Shanghai Exhibition. Financial credibility cannot be determined from the available figures because the reported financial data is incomplete...

Supplier typeThe supplier is a manufacturer and seller of car-washing equipment, with related mechanical and electrical equipment activities. Its stated five production lines and 5,000-set annual car-wash system output support classification as a specialized equipment manufacturer rather than only a trading company.

CertificationsThe supplier reports ISO 9001, CE, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, an informationization and industrialization management system certification, credit certification, and American UL certification. These are explicit certification claims, although the slices do not provide certificate numbers, validity dates, or issuing-body verification details.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports that it had new products during the past year, has 27 years of total R&D engineer experience, and is recognized as a specialized enterprise and enterprise technology center. It also reports innovation and smart-city solution awards, but does not offer SDK access or ODM services.

Production capacityProduction evidence includes five operating production lines, equipment such as laser cutting, CNC machining, CNC lathes, bending, welding, and assembly facilities, and stated annual output of 5,000 car-wash machine systems. The reported one-month lead time in both peak and off-peak seasons indicates a stated delivery capability, while the conflicting quality-inspector counts should be clarified.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly provides customization from designs, full customization, minor customization, and flexible customization. This indicates broad design-based customization support, although the supplier separately states that it does not provide ODM services.
