Sending photos is also helpful. Additional info like drilling depth, rock hardness, rig capacity, application type, Incoterm, and destination port will ensure a more accurate quote.

For IADC 637 (hard to very hard formations like hard limestone, dolomite, marble), the recommended WOB is 0.5-1.2 kn/mm and RPM is 80-40 r/min. Note that the upper limits of WOB and RPM should not be used simultaneously.

The bit is made of High Carbon Steel with tungsten carbide inserts and inlaid friction-reducing alloy. It features metal sealed or rubber sealed bearings and hardfaced thrust faces with wear-resistant alloy.
