Free for standard items, only need to charge Express fee properly. No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex Dhl TNT. Customized samples need to charge sample fee.

Yes, And you also have two options as below. (1)Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items. (2)Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items.
