We inspect in three steps: raw material inspection, during production inspection, and before warehousing inspection.

How often do you inspect your products?

For physical testing, we test every batch (about every 100 meters). For surface and size, we check every roll.

Can you print our logo on the product or packaging?

Yes, we can print the logo according to the customer's design.

What is the product guarantee period?

In warehouse conditions, we guarantee two years without cracks even on the lowest grade. For used products, it depends on usage conditions.

What certificates has your factory passed?

Our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001. Products have passed REACH standard testing and hold SGS certificates.

How do you handle faulty products?

Regardless of the reason (product defect or transportation damage), we will replace the part with a new one.

How can I check the quality before shipment?

You can come to check yourself, send a friend, use a third-party inspection institution, or verify via video.
