Q:Can I create my own design for small quantities?

Yes, we have a professional design team and can handle low MOQ orders for different categories. We also have our own warehouse, which is one of our strengths.
Q:How do you control product quality?
A:
We have our own QC team. Every item and order undergoes inspection, and we send reports for your confirmation. We perform 100% inspection to ensure a very low defect rate.
Q:What is the delivery time?
A:
Samples take about 5-7 days. For bulk orders, it normally takes about 30 days after receiving the deposit and confirming all details.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We usually accept 30% T/T in advance and 70% before shipment or via copy of BL. Other terms can be negotiated according to the order.
Q:How do I place an order?
A:
1. Sample approval. 2. Client pays 30% deposit or opens LC after receiving PI. 3. Client approves PP sample and gets testing reports if necessary. 4. Final Review. 5. Arrange shipment. 6. Supplier sends document copies. 7. Client pays balance. 8. Supplier sends original documents or telex release. 9. 60-day quality warranty after shipment.
