Steam type: Steam is directly injected for heating, fast temperature rise. Suitable for hard packages with high temperature resistance such as metal cans; slightly less uniform temperature distribution. Water bath type (double-layer sterilizer as shown in your picture): Water serves as heating medium, products are immersed in hot water. Small temperature difference, low risk of pouch rupture for soft packages. It is the mainstream model for pre-cooked meals and vacuum-packed cooked food.

A: Calculate based on batch output and the quantity of sterilization trays. Select model by the loading weight per batch. It is recommended to reserve 20% capacity margin; avoid long-term full-load operation. Custom cylinder dimensions are available according to workshop space (length, width and height).

Suitable for high-temperature resistant packaged food, including vacuum-packed cooked food, cans, glass bottled drinks, aluminum foil pouch products, dried tofu, meat products, congee, etc. It is NOT suitable for packages unable to withstand high temperature (ordinary PE fresh-keeping bags), which will burst under high temperature.
