It features a standard A/B/A/C/D 5-layer structure. The 3-extruder system allows us to independently control the thickness and material ratio of each layer to achieve the best barrier and strength properties for your specific application
Q:What is the maximum mechanical speed of this 1000mm model?
A:
The maximum mechanical speed is 150 m/min. The actual stable production speed will depend on your film thickness
Q:How do you ensure the film thickness is uniform across the 1000mm width?
A:
We use a high-precision adjustable T-die combined with a servo driven cooling roller system. The die lip gap can be micro adjusted via the touch screen, ensuring a thickness tolerance of within 5% across the full 1000mm width
Q:I want to produce food-grade cling film. Can this machine handle it?
A:
Absolutely. The machine is designed with food-grade LDPE/LLDPE processing in mind. The precision cooling rollers ensure the film has the high transparency and uniform thickness required for food packaging
