Q:I want to process dirty agricultural film. Can the screw handle sand and dirt?
A:
Yes, we strongly recommend our Bimetallic Screw option for highly abrasive waste. It is much harder than standard steel and extends the service life by up to 40% in dirty conditions
Q:How do you pack such a long line for sea shipping?
A:
We disassemble the line into three main sections (Extruder, Water bath, Pelletizer) for shipping. Each part is coated with anti-rust oil, wrapped in film, and firmly fixed in export-grade wooden crates to prevent damage during transit.
Q:Is the water tank easy to clean after production?
A:
Yes, the stainless steel water bath has a smooth surface and a bottom drain valve. You can easily drain the water and wipe it clean between different color batches
Q:What is the lead time for this complete 75mm line?
A:
Standard production time is 25 to 30 working days after order confirmation and down payment. We will provide periodic photos and videos of the assembly process
Q:If I buy this line, can you train my workers to operate it?
A:
