Q:What is the maximum film width this machine can produce?
A:
The standard working width is 500mm to 1250mm. We can customize the die head and cooling rollers to produce wider film up to 2000mm
Q:Can it produce both AB and ABA layer structures?
A:
Yes. The standard machine is equipped with a flexible layer distributor. You can easily switch between AB (two-layer) and ABA (three-layer) production
Q:What is the film thickness range?
A:
The machine can produce film with a thickness range of 0.01mm to 0.05mm (10 to 50 microns). The thickness is adjusted via the die lip and cooling roller speed
Q:I see the speed is 150m/min. Is the winding stable at high speed?
A:
Yes. The machine features an automatic tension control system. As the roll weight increases, the tension is automatically adjusted to prevent telescoping or wrinkles
Q:Can I use recycled PE pellets as raw material?
A:
Yes. The screw design allows you to mix up to 30% recycled PE pellets with virgin materials, helping you reduce raw material costs
