Q:What is the actual output capacity of this 75mm model?
A:
With the 50kW motor and 75mm screw, the stable output is approximately 200 kg/h to 350 kg/h, depending on the density and moisture level of your recycled scrap
Q:I process very dirty film scrap (with sand and labels). Will this screw wear out fast?
A:
Standard 38CrMoAlA nitrided steel is good for moderate contamination. For highly abrasive materials, we recommend upgrading to our Bimetallic screw option, which extends the screw lifespan by up to 40%
Q:I notice your machine weight is 10 tons. Is it suitable for my workshop floor?
A:
Yes. The heavy weight ensures stability. We recommend a solid concrete floor. We can also provide a free foundation layout drawing to help you prepare before the machine arrives
Q:Can this machine process recycled HDPE bottle flakes?
A:
Yes. The screw design and 50kW motor provide enough shear force to process HDPE bottle flakes effectively. For harder materials, we can adjust the compression ratio during manufacturing
Q:My factory uses 440V/60Hz power. Can you change the voltage?
A:
Absolutely. We will rewire the main motor, heating coils, and all inverters to match your local power standard before shipping. We test it with your specific voltage and send you a video
