Q:What is the difference between this machine and a standard crusher?
A:
A standard crusher just breaks plastic into pieces. Our machine melts and extrudes the film scraps immediately. It sends the molten plastic back into your main extruder, allowing you to reuse the material immediately
Q:Will it work with my existing film blowing machine?
A:
Yes. The unit is designed to be a plug-and-play system. It connects directly to the side of your main extruder through a standard feed port. The yellow guiding wheel directs the edge trim into the screw smoothly
Q:What kind of film scrap can it process?
A:
It works perfectly for LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE film scraps, as well as cast film and bubble wrap edges. The screw design is optimized specifically for soft, thin, and fluffy materials
Q:I see different colors in your photos. Do you offer more color options?
A:
Yes, we offer Red, Blue, and Grey as our standard stock colors. If you need a specific color to match your current production line, we are happy to customize the painting at no extra charge
Q:What is the maximum output capacity of this unit?
A:
Output depends on the motor power. Standard models range from 30 kg/h to 150 kg/h. We can recommend a specific model based on the speed of your film blowing machine
