Q:What if the mounting flange holes do not match my existing extruder?

We will not machine the bolt holes until we confirm your drawing. If it does not fit due to our error, we will remake it for you for free

Q:Does the dual-station system really allow me to change the screen without stopping the extruder?

Yes. You pre-load the next screen in the second station while the first is running. The hydraulic cylinder simply pushes the new plate into position, taking about 2-3 seconds, while the melt continues to flow

Q:I only have a photo of my old screen changer, not a CAD drawing. Can you still make it?

Absolutely. Please take a clear photo with a ruler showing the outer flange diameter and the bolt hole spacing. Our engineers can calculate the exact specs from the photo

Q:Will your screen changer leak melt when the slide plate moves?

No. We use a micron-level precision seal and a pressure-relief channel design. The slide plate moves smoothly without sticking, ensuring zero melt leakage during operation

Q:My material is heavily contaminated with sand and metal. Will the slide plate scratch easily?

Our standard slide plate uses hardened nitrided steel. For very abrasive materials, we recommend our upgraded Bimetallic slide plate, which is extremely resistant to scratches and wear
