Q:The blades are made of high carbon steel. How durable are they when processing hard materials like PVC and PET?
A:
Yes. Our high carbon steel blades are heat-treated to achieve high hardness and impact resistance. They can easily handle hard PVC pipes and PET bottles without losing their sharpness
Q:The output capacity is 100-600kg/h. What determines the actual speed?
A:
The actual output depends on the material type. For soft film scraps, the output can reach 500-600kg/h. For hard rigid plastics like PVC pipes and ABS parts, the output will be closer to 100-200kg/h
Q:Can this machine crush both soft film and rigid lumps?
A:
Yes. The large open-top hopper allows for easy feeding of both lightweight film scraps and heavy rigid lumps. The heavy-duty blade design is optimized for both types of materials
Q:How often do I need to replace or sharpen the blades?
A:
It depends on the material. For general recycling, the blades typically last 3 to 6 months before sharpening is needed. Replacing the blades takes about 30 minutes
Q:My factory uses 440V/60Hz power. Can you change the motor voltage?
A:
Absolutely. We will rewire the motor to match your local voltage and frequency before shipping
