Q:What materials can this machine process?

This line is specifically designed for hard/rigid PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, and PS flakes, including crushed bottles, containers, pipes, and injection molding scraps. It is not recommended for soft films unless a specialized force-feeder and compactor are added.
Q:What is the main advantage of the "Mother & Baby" (Two-Stage) design?

The two-stage design independently handles plasticizing (Mother) and refining/extruding (Baby). This allows for double degassing and perfect melt homogenization, which is crucial for processing washed or slightly dirty rigid flakes, preventing "porous" or "bubbly" pellets.
Q:How do you handle the moisture and impurities in the PP/PE flakes?
A:
The machine features a dual-stage vacuum venting system to remove moisture and volatile gases. Additionally, it comes with a large-size hydraulic screen changer to continuously filter out impurities like paper, sand, or un-melted particles
Q:What is the output capacity of this model?
A:
For the SJ120-120 model, the rated capacity is 200-250 kg/h. For the larger PB140-140 model, the output can reach up to 300-350 kg/h. The actual output depends on the bulk density, thickness, and cleanliness of the raw material.
Q:What is the quality of the final pellets?
A:
Thanks to the two-stage process, the pellets are highly dense, smooth, and glossy with no air bubbles. The uniform pellet size guarantees smooth operation in downstream processes such as film blowing, pipe extrusion, and injection molding.
