Q:I'm not sure about the exact bolt hole pattern. How can I order?

No worries. You can simply take a photo of your old screen changer with a ruler next to it, or send us a hand-drawn sketch. Our engineers will calculate the exact dimensions for you
Q:My current hydraulic hose fittings are different from yours. Can you change them?
A:
Yes. Just tell us your thread standard (BSP, NPT, or metric). We will change the valve ports to match your existing hoses
Q:I process very dirty recycled plastic. Do you have a model that can handle higher pressure?
A:
Yes. We will customize the slide plate thickness and use a heavier steel housing for your specific needs. We guarantee safe operation under pressures up to 50MPa
Q:If I buy the wrong size, what happens?
A:
We take responsibility. We will not produce until you confirm the drawing. If there is a mistake on our machining side, we will remake it for you for free
