Q:I process both CPE and EVA. Will the screw design handle the different melt flow rates?
A:
Yes. Our screws are designed with a high L/D ratio (30:1) and a modular mixing section. This allows for a wide processing window. When switching from CPE to EVA, you simply adjust the temperature profile, and the screw ensures uniform plasticizing without degradation
Q:The machine is 16 tons. What is the specific floor load capacity requirement?
A:
A standard industrial concrete floor with a load capacity of 3 to 5 tons per square meter is sufficient. The machine's base is 11 meters long, which distributes the 16-ton weight evenly. We provide a foundation layout drawing with the order
Q:I need a 1800mm film width, but my factory ceiling is only 4.5 meters high. Will the machine fit?
A:
Yes. While the standard height is 3.8 meters, we offer a low-profile modification for the gantry platform. We can lower the hopper and the walkway height to fit your 4.5-meter ceiling
Q:How do you prevent the 2-meter wide film from breaking during startup?
A:
We use a multi-point die lip adjustment system. During startup, operators can fine-tune the gap across the entire 2-meter width to ensure uniform flow. This prevents the 'dog-boning' effect where the edges are thicker than the center, which is the main cause of breakage
Q:The voltage is listed as customizable. What happens if I order 440V and the motors burn out?
A:
We assume full responsibility. Before shipping, we install a specific inverter for your 440V supply. We test-run the entire line with a 440V transformer at our factory and send you a video verification. If the motor fails due to our voltage mismatch, we will replace it at no cost.
