Water ring pelletizing cuts the molten plastic at the die face and immediately cools it with a high-speed water ring. This produces uniform, perfectly round pellets with a smooth surface finish. It is significantly faster than strand pelletizing and produces higher quality pellets than simple air-cooled systems

The water ring system is designed with a rapid dewatering unit. The pellets are quickly spun to remove surface water immediately after cooling. The final product has very low moisture content and is ready for bagging or further processing

The 300-350kg/h range is stable for standard PE and PP materials. The actual output depends on the material's density and melt flow index. For higher-density materials, the capacity may be slightly higher

The water ring system uses a closed-loop water circulation system. The water is continuously filtered and recirculated. Only a small amount of make-up water is needed to compensate for evaporation, making it very water-efficient

The cutting blades are made of high-quality alloy steel. With proper maintenance, they typically last for 1 to 2 months of continuous production. The blade holder is designed for quick access, so replacement takes only about 15 minutes
