Q:I process heavy film scraps. How does the side feed system handle large volumes of material?
A:
The side force feeder is driven by a dedicated motor. It actively compresses and pushes the material into the screw, preventing the lightweight film from 'floating' or bridging in the hopper. This ensures a stable and continuous feed rate
Q:What is the actual output capacity for this 90kW model?
A:
For standard PE film scrap, the stable output is approximately 400 to 600 kg/h, depending on the density and moisture content of the material
Q:Can this machine process both film scraps and rigid lumps?
A:
Yes. The 200mm and 160mm screws are designed to handle both lightweight film scraps and rigid lumps. The side feed system is optimized for film, while the main screw provides the torque for lumps
Q:I see the screw length is 2500mm. Is this a standard design?
A:
The 2500mm length with a 200mm diameter provides a compact, high-torque design optimized for fast processing and high output. It is specifically engineered for high-volume primary recycling applications
