Q:What is the actual daily output of this machine?

The output depends on the density and condition of your material. For standard PE/PP scrap, the stable output is 200 to 250 kg/h. This is a realistic and consistent capacity that we guarantee
Q:I process ABS scraps. Can this machine handle ABS?
A:
Yes. The screw is designed to process both PE/PP and ABS materials. Please note that ABS requires a different temperature setting on the control panel, which we will explain in the manual
Q:Can the screw handle heavy lumps and thick flakes?
A:
Yes. With a 120mm diameter screw and a 55kW motor, this machine is built for heavy-duty applications. It handles rigid flakes and medium-sized lumps without jamming
Q:Does this machine include the feeding device and the pelletizer?
A:
Yes. This is a complete production line. It includes the main extruder, the stainless steel water cooling bath, and the pelletizer unit, as shown in the product photos.
