Q:What is the actual output capacity of this model?

Our standard configuration with 90kW motor delivers a stable output of 250 to 350 kg/h, depending on the density and cleanliness of your recycled PP/PE materials. We guarantee consistent, high-quality plasticization
Q:I see it has a long conveyor belt. Does it mean I don't need a separate crusher?
A:
The conveyor belt is designed to bring materials directly into the integrated force feeder/crushing barrel. It can handle light film and medium-sized rigid scraps. However, if you process very large, heavy lumps, we recommend adding a separate crusher before the conveyor
Q:What is the total weight of this line? How sturdy is it?
A:
The total net weight of the entire assembled line is 8,500 kg. It is built on a heavy-duty, thick steel chassis, ensuring zero vibration during high-torque operation
Q:Does this machine include a hydraulic screen changer?
A:
Yes, it comes with a standard hydraulic screen changer. It allows operators to swap the filter screen quickly without stopping the extruder, ensuring continuous production and high efficiency
Q:The L/D ratio is 28:1. Is this good for processing recycled film?
A:
Yes, 28:1 is an ideal ratio for standard PP/PE recycling. It provides sufficient residence time for complete melting and homogenization, resulting in high-quality pellets without burnt spots or bubbles
