Q:I recycle loose film and woven bags. Will this machine feed them properly?
A:
Yes. The Force Feeder actively compresses lightweight scrap and pushes it into the screw. It works perfectly with loose film and bags without blocking the hopper
Q:My film waste is dirty and contains sand. Will your screw wear out quickly?
A:
We use Nitrided alloy steel (HV900-1000). For extremely abrasive materials, we offer a Bimetallic screw upgrade. It extends lifespan by 40%.
Q:Does the Force Feeder need a separate motor and control panel?
A:
Yes, it has an independent motor. Speed is adjustable via the main control panel to match your extrusion speed
Q:I have a small factory. What are the power requirements?
A:
Standard voltage is 380V/50Hz/3Phase. We can rewire the motors and heating elements to match your local voltage (e.g., 220V, 440V, 460V
Q:Do you provide a layout drawing for my workshop?
A:
Yes. We will provide a 3D layout drawing showing the machine footprint, feeding area, and electrical connection points. This helps you prepare your floor in advance
