Q:Can this machine process dirty or washed plastic scraps?
A:
Yes, it can process washed or semi-dried plastic scraps. However, for better pellet quality and to protect the screw, we highly recommend feeding dry or pre-dried materials. (If you need to process heavily contaminated materials, we can recommend adding a side feeder or a second stage extruder).
Q:What is the final pellet size?
A:
The pellet size depends on the cutting speed and the number of blades in the granulator. Our machine is equipped with an adjustable speed motor, allowing you to easily adjust the pellet length to meet your specific requirements.
Q:What are the electrical requirements for this machine?
A:
The standard configuration is 380V / 50Hz / 3Phase (22KW main motor). However, we can customize the voltage and frequency (e.g., 220V, 415V, 440V, 60Hz) to match your local industrial power supply
Q:What spare parts do you provide with the machine?
A:
We provide a standard set of free spare parts including heating elements, belts, and a few blades. We also offer a 12-month warranty on the main parts (excluding consumables).
Q:How do I install and start the machine for the first time?
A:
The machine is completely assembled and tested before shipment. It is very easy to set up; you simply connect it to a power supply. We provide a detailed manual, wiring diagram, and video instructions. Our engineers are also available for online video guidance or on-site installation if required.
