Q:What is the actual output capacity of this SJ120-120 model?
A:
The stable output depends on the material type and moisture content. For standard dry PE/PP scrap, you can expect a stable production rate of 250 to 350 kg/h. The maximum output of 500 kg/h is achievable with clean, dry, and pre-shredded materials
Q:I see the power is 22kW. Is this enough for 500kg/h production?
A:
Yes. The 22kW motor is specifically paired with the SJ120-120 screw design to provide high torque at low speed. This configuration ensures stable power delivery for 250-500kg/h output without overloading the motor.
Q:What is the difference between the "Double Stage" model and a standard single-stage granulator?
A:
A double-stage granulator has two independent screw sections. The first stage melts and filters the material, and the second stage further plasticizes it before extrusion. This results in higher purity, better pellet quality, and improved processing efficiency for heavily contaminated scrap
Q:The screw material is 38CrMoAlA. Is this resistant to wear?
A:
Yes. 38CrMoAlA is a high-quality nitrided alloy steel with a surface hardness of HV900-1000. It provides excellent wear resistance, making it suitable for processing recycled plastics with impurities
Q:My factory uses 440V/60Hz power. Can you change the voltage?
