Q:Your machine uses air cooling. How do you prevent the pellets from sticking together during hot and humid seasons?
A:
We use a multi-stage air cooling system. The pellets are immediately transported by a blower, cooled in a cyclone separator, and further refined by a vibrating screen. This reduces the pellet temperature to 35-40 before packaging, completely eliminating the risk of sticking
Q:Can this machine process PVC and EVA materials, or is it just for PE/PP?
A:
It is specifically engineered for moisture-sensitive and heat-sensitive materials, including PVC (cable compounds), EVA, and high-filler masterbatches. It also performs excellently with standard PE and PP
Q:How much energy does the air-cooled system save compared to water-cooled systems?
A:
By completely eliminating the need for water pumps and separate dryers, our air-cooled system typically reduces energy consumption by 30% to 40% compared to traditional water-cooled systems
Q:What happens if the machine gets jammed with material?
A:
The machine is equipped with a force feeding system and an optimized screw design to minimize jamming. If a jam does occur, the frequency inverter allows for easy speed reversal to clear the blockage.
