Q:Can you make twin screws for a 65mm, 75mm, or 95mm extruder?

Yes. Our standard precision range covers Diameters from 25mm up to 200mm. We adapt the spline shaft and element flights to your exact extruder model
Q:I see the barrel in your photo. Do you sell the barrel housing separately?
A:
Yes. We can machine the complete barrel housing (with the feeding port and venting holes) to match your head flange. We use high-grade nitrided alloy steel for extreme wear resistance.
Q:How many pieces does a complete set of twin screw elements usually contain?
A:
"It depends on your L/D ratio. For a standard 30:1 L/D twin screw, we typically manufacture 10 to 15 different modular elements (including conveying sections, kneading blocks, and reverse flights). We label each piece for your easy installation
Q:If I send my old twin screw, can you provide the exact same L/D ratio
A:
Absolutely. We measure the total length, the pitch, and the mixing section. We replicate the exact total L/D ratio and the compression profile. You will get a 100% drop-in replacement
Q:How do you ensure your twin screw run smoothly without collision?
A:
We use high-precision spline milling machines and a strict inspection process. We test the clearance between the two shafts before packing. The tolerance is kept within 0.02mm to prevent any meshing collision.
