Q:How does the green bag system prevent plastic dust from spreading in my workshop?
A:
The green bag acts as a secondary dust filtration and expansion chamber. When the pellets are blown through the stainless steel piping, the bag slows down the air velocity, allowing fine plastic dust and micro-particles to settle inside the bag rather than being exhausted into your workshop. This keeps your factory environment clean and reduces safety hazards
Q:The bag looks like a simple cloth. Is it durable enough for daily use?
A:
It is not a standard cloth. It is made of heavy-duty, breathable nylon and polyester composite fabric. It is specifically designed to withstand the constant friction and air pressure of the pellet conveying process, while still allowing air to escape. With proper maintenance, it typically lasts 1 to 2 years
Q:What happens if the green bag gets clogged with dust? How do I clean it?
A:
The bag is designed with a quick-release clamp at both the top and bottom. You can easily detach it, shake the collected dust out into a waste bin, and reattach it. This takes only about 2 to 3 minutes and does not require any special tools.
Q:Are the stainless steel pipes fully welded, or are they connected with clamps?
A:
The main pipe sections are fully welded stainless steel. This eliminates any leakage of compressed air and ensures a smooth, continuous flow of pellets. The joints are designed with smooth internal transitions to prevent any material accumulation.
Q:How does the blower system prevent the pellets from getting damaged during conveying?
A:
The blower is calibrated to a specific low-pressure airflow. This provides just enough lift to convey the pellets through the pipe without creating excessive turbulence or impact force that could crack or damage the pellet surface. The system is designed for gentle handling
