Q:Is it possible to visit your factory?

Yes, you are welcome to visit. Please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance so we can check our schedule and ensure availability.
Q:Can I get some samples?
A:
Samples are available for testing before official orders if MOQ, price, and terms are acceptable. For personal use or replacement, it is difficult to provide due to custom-made nature and no stock. Sample quantity should be limited (e.g., no more than 5pcs).
Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A:
Yes, the MOQ is between 1,000 to 10,000 pcs for different models after sample approval. We may accept smaller lots for the initial 3 orders. There is no MOQ for samples, but quantity should be minimal.
Q:What is the voltage range for these motors?
A:
The motors support a wide voltage range from 6V to 240V DC, allowing for customization based on specific application requirements.
