Q:What kind of motors can you provide?

Q:Is it possible to visit your factory?

Yes, but please keep us posted a few days in advance so we can check our schedule to see if we are available.
Q:Can I get some samples?
A:
Samples are available for testing before official orders if MOQ and terms are acceptable. For personal use, it is difficult due to custom-made nature. No MOQ for samples, but quantity should be small (e.g., no more than 5pcs).
Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A:
Yes, the MOQ is between 1000-10,000 pcs for different models after sample approval. We can accept smaller lots (dozens to thousands) for the initial 3 orders after sample approval.
Q:What are the customizable options for this motor?
A:
The shaft diameter can be customized to 5, 5.5, 6, or 6.35mm. The stator stack thickness can be any form from 15mm to 50mm. Motor input power can also be adjusted from 30W to 50W.
