It depends. For personal use or replacement, it is difficult to provide samples as all motors are custom-made with no stock. However, for sample testing before official orders, we can provide samples if MOQ, price, and terms are acceptable. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement, but the quantity should be small (no more than 5pcs) to allow for changes if needed.

Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. We can also accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds, or thousands for the initial 3 orders after sample approval. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement.

The average lead time is one month for both peak season and off-season.
