It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, it is difficult to provide because all motors are custom made and no stock is available. However, if it is for sample testing before the official order and our MOQ, price, and other terms are acceptable, we would love to provide samples. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement, but the quantity should be small (like no more than 5pcs) to ensure enough stock for any changes needed after initial testing.

Yes. The MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. However, we can also accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds, or thousands for the initial 3 orders after sample approval. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement.

We can design and manufacture the motor according to your required voltage, power, speed, torque, and dimensions. Voltage options include 12V, 24V, 42V, and 48V DC.
