Q:What types of motors do you provide?
A:
We mainly provide Kitchen Hood Motors, DC Motors, Gear Motors, Fan Motors, Refrigerator Motors, Hair Dryer Motors, Blender Motors, Mixer Motors, Shade Pole Motors, Capacitor Motors, BLDC Motors, PMDC Motors, Synchronous Motors, and Stepping Motors.
Q:Can I visit your factory?
A:
Yes, you are welcome to visit. Please notify us a few days in advance so we can check our schedule and ensure availability.
Q:Is it possible to get samples?
A:
Samples are available for testing before official orders if MOQ and terms are acceptable. For personal use or replacement, samples are difficult to provide as motors are custom-made with no stock. Sample quantity should be small (e.g., no more than 5 pcs).
Q:What is the MOQ for your motors?
A:
The MOQ is between 1,000 to 10,000 pcs for different models after sample approval. We can accept smaller lots (dozens to thousands) for the first three orders. There is no MOQ for samples, but quantities should be kept minimal.
Q:What are the payment terms?
A:
We accept LC, T/T, D/P, PayPal, Western Union, and Small-amount payment.
