Q:What kind of motors can you provide?

Q:Is it possible to visit your factory?

Yes, but please keep us posted a few days in advance so we can check our schedule to see if we are available.
Q:Can I get some samples?
A:
Samples are available for testing before official orders if MOQ and terms are acceptable. For personal use, it is difficult due to custom-made nature. No MOQ for samples, but quantity should be small (e.g., no more than 5pcs).
Q:Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A:
Yes, MOQ is between 1000~10,000pcs for different models after sample approval. We may accept smaller lots for initial orders. Samples have no MOQ requirement.
Q:What is the lead time for production?
A:
The average lead time is one month for both peak season and off-season.
