It is suitable for all brittle & medium-hard materials below 200MPa, including limestone, basalt, river pebble, coal, gangue, furnace slag, construction waste bricks, gold ore, calcite, dolomite, glass fragments etc. Not fit for sticky & high-moisture mud materials.

Q:How to adjust the output particle size?

Replace screen plates with different hole sizes (3mm-50mm optional) or adjust the gap between hammer head and lining board, we can customize exclusive screen plate according to your required finished size.

Q:Electric motor or diesel engine, which one to choose?

If your site has stable industrial 380V power supply, electric model is more cost-effective and energy-saving. For remote mines, mountain construction sites without electricity, diesel mobile hammer crusher is recommended.
