The Automatic Bottle Capper realizes no bottle no capping logic, stopping capping action automatically when bottles are missing on the conveyor, preventing idle strokes that damage caps.
Stable sealing performance of the Pump Cap Bottle Sealing Machine effectively reduces leakage complaints for material finished goods.
The PLC touch screen system fitted on the Capper allows direct torque value input. The pneumatic gripper clamping force can also be set on the touch screen, requiring no complex mechanical adjustment.
The Pump Cap Sealing Machine's contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel, complying with GMP for daily chemical and cosmetic liquid production.
