AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryRUNTX Machinery Group is identified as a trading company established in 2006, specializing in construction and engineering machinery, including forklifts and material-handling equipment. It reports a 37,000-square-meter workshop and annual output of 4,000 forklifts, but its legal and operational profile is not fully consistent because it is also classified as a trading company. The supplier has no stated supplier-management-system certification, limited documented service-management procedures, no overseas branches, warehouses, showrooms, or trade-show participation, and no overseas service countries reported. It offers customization and ODM services, but reports no new products in the past year, only one year of R&D-engineer experience, no 3D software design, and no SDK. Quality-related information includes raw-material traceability and 100% finished-product inspection, although only one quality assurance/control inspector is listed and packing staff perform the final checks. Customer references include...

CertificationsThe supplier reports “NIL” for certification of supplier management systems. No certification evidence is provided for this field, so certification holding cannot be confirmed.

After-Sales capabilityThe company states that it provides after-sales service, but it reports no overseas warehouses, showrooms, agents, branches, or offline trade-show participation, and lists zero countries offering overseas services. It also has no written procedures or records for handling customer complaints or corrective and preventive actions, indicating a documented service-management deficiency.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports only one year of total R&D-engineer experience, no new products in the past year, no 3D software design service, and no SDK. ODM service is available, but the evidence does not demonstrate strong ongoing innovation capability.

Production capacityThe company describes a 37,000-square-meter workshop and annual output of 4,000 forklifts, and states that it manufactures construction and engineering machinery. However, the supplier is classified as a trading company and only one quality assurance/control inspector is listed, so production capability is supported but not fully verified.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples, customization from designs, flexible customization, minor customization, and ODM services. These multiple stated service options provide direct evidence of customization capability.

Client casesThe supplier lists General Motors, Volkswagen, Lafarge, Shell Oil, Sinopec-related entities, Carrefour, Sharp Electronics, COSCO, and Maersk Logistics among its clients. These are explicit customer references, although the provided information does not specify project details, dates, products, or relationship scope.
