The PA-ND is suitable for unwrapped solid medical instruments, surgical dressings, laboratory glassware, culture media, and solutions. Typical loads include dental forceps, mirrors, scalers, tattoo tubes, veterinary surgical tools, and lab glassware. It is not intended for wrapped packs or hollow/lumened instruments requiring vacuum cycles.

The PA-ND works at 126 Degree (adjustable from 105 to 126 Degree). This is the standard sterilization temperature for many portable/compact autoclaves and is suitable for most routine dental, medical, and laboratory applications. Operation is simple: load instruments into the stainless steel tray, add the required amount of water, close the hand wheel door, set your desired temperature (105 -126 Degree) and timer (0 -99 minutes) using the touch key panel, and press start. The digital display shows all parameters, and the unit beeps and shuts off automatically when the cycle completes.

The PA-ND features a low-water level alarm that stops heating and alerts the operator, over-temperature protection, over-pressure protection via a safety valve, and an automatic shut-off with beep reminder at cycle completion. The digital display also shows system error codes for quick diagnosis.

The digital panel displays real-time chamber temperature, pressure, remaining sterilization time, low-water level status, and any system error codes - all at a glance. This eliminates the guesswork of analog gauges and manual timers.
