The HA-BD has multiple independent safety interlocks: steam is physically blocked from enteringuntil the door is fully sealed; the door locks automatically when pressure exceeds 0.027 MPa andcannot be opened until it drops; if someone attempts to open the door mid-cycle, the jacket valvecloses and the chamber valve opens to safely release pressure. There's also an independentmechanical safety valve, water-shortage auto-protection, and electrical overload/leakageprotection.

If the water level drops too low, the water-shortage pilot light illuminates, power to the heater andsterilization indicator is cut, a buzzer sounds, and steam is safely released. The heater will not rundry, preventing damage and ensuring safety.

Yes. The HA-BD features a built-in drying function with an adjustable timer (0-60 minutes). Aftersterilization, residual chamber heat is used to dry wrapped packs, gowns, dressings, and textiles,leaving them ready for sterile storage without steam discharge into the room.
