A low temperature hydrogen peroxide plasma sterilizer uses vaporized H202 and low-temperatureplasma at ~50 C to sterilize instruments, whereas steam autoclaves operate at 121-134 C. The SD-Dis designed for heat-sensitive and moisture-sensitive devices that steam would damage, such asendoscopes, cameras, and electronic surgical tools.

It is ideal for heat-sensitive and moisture-sensitive devices including rigid and flexible endoscopes,laparoscopes, fiber optic cables, cameras, battery-powered surgical tools, electrosurgicalinstruments, and certain plastic or composite medical devices. Two modes are available: Quick Mode completes in approximately 40 minutes, and EnhancedMode takes around 60 minutes for more challenging loads or higher sterility assurancerequirements.

Yes. Once you load the chamber and select the cycle, the entire process-vacuum, H202 injection,plasma generation, diffusion, and aeration-runs automatically with a single button press. Thebuilt-in printer and USB data export provide complete cycle records.

The SD-D includes 99.5% efficient residual gas filtration (HEPA + activated carbon), overpressureand overtemperature protection, excess humidity alarm, high/low temperature and pressure alarms,and a safety door interlock. Air intake during aeration is also HEPA-filtered.
