The PA-AM is designed for unwrapped solid instruments including dental forceps, mirrors, scalers;tattoo tubes, grips, needle bars; veterinary surgical tools; laboratory glassware, Petri dishes, andculture media; podiatry nippers and curettes. It is not intended for wrapped packs orhollow/lumened instruments.

Operation is simple: fill the chamber with the required amount of water, load instruments into thestainless steel basket, close the clamp-down lid securely, plug the unit into a standard AC 220V50Hz outlet, and switch it on. Monitor the double-scale pressure gauge until it reaches 0.14-0.16MPa (126 Degree), then time the sterilization phase manually. After sterilization, switch off, allowpressure to drop to zero, and open the lid.

The PA-AM features a mechanical safety valve that automatically opens if pressure exceeds O.165MPa, providing redundant over-pressure protection independent of any electronics. The clamp-down lid provides a secure seal, and the fully stainless steel construction ensures durability.
