Ethylene Oxide Gas Sterilizer 220L Fully Automatic with LCD Touch Screen for Hospital

An EO sterilizer uses ethylene oxide gas at low temperature to sterilize heat-sensitive andmoisture-sensitive medical devices. It is ideal for long-tube objects, thin cavities, complexinstruments, human implant devices, electronics, and plastics that cannot withstand steamautoclave temperatures (121-134 Degree ) or hydrogen peroxide plasma.

It is suitable for high and low-temperature instruments including human implant devices, long-tubecatheters, endoscopes, electronic surgical tools, plastic components, delicate optical devices, andany heat-sensitive or moisture-sensitive medical equipment. The strong penetrability of EO gasreaches complex lumens and cavities that other methods cannot.

The SADA-EO features a filtration system that removes 99.5% of particles >0.2um from exhaustgas. After sterilization, automatic air replacement cycles ventilation 5 times every 15 minutes toensure fresh air circulation and safe EO residual levels before the door can be opened.

Multiple independent safety systems: over-voltage protection, over-temperature alarm, ultra-lowpressure alarm, power-off memory function (saves data and resumes from interruption point), anddoor safety interlocks. The 5052 aviation aluminum door is 15mm thick and rated to 200kPa.

Four models: SD-EO80 (80L), SD-E0120 (120L), SD-E0220 (220L), and SD-EO330 (330L). The 80Lsuits small clinics, while the 330L is designed for large hospital CSSD departments and medicaldevice manutacturers.
