High-Performance Vertical Autoclave 35L to 150L for Steam Sterilization

Class N autoclaves (like the VA-FD) are designed for unwrapped solid instruments and non-porous loads using gravity displacement cycles. They are not suitable for wrapped instruments, porous loads, or hollow instruments. Class B autoclaves use vacuum cycles for wrapped, porous, and hollow loads. The VA-FD is a cost-effective choice for facilities that primarily sterilize unwrapped solid items.

Six volumes: 35L, 50L, 75L, 100L, 120L, and 150L. The most popular are 50L and 75L for small clinics and labs, and 100L - 150L for hospital CSSD departments.

Suitable for unwrapped solid instruments, surgical instruments, glassware (petri dishes, pipettes, test tubes), culture media, liquid reagents, rubber materials, and small tools. Not recommended for wrapped packs, porous textiles, or hollow/lumened instruments.

The drying system is optional and can be equipped according to customer request. If you need instruments dry immediately after sterilization, please specify the drying option when ordering.

Operation is simple: load instruments into the chamber, add water, close the lid, set temperature (105- 134 Degree.) and time (0 - 99 min) on the digital display, and press start. The processor controls the cycle automatically, including cold air discharge and steam release. A beep sounds when complete, and the unit shuts off automatically.
