Class N (gravity displacement) autoclaves are designed for unwrapped solid instruments, glassware, and non-porous loads. The VA-SD is ideal for sterilizing solid stainless steel surgical instruments, forceps, scissors, glassware, culture media in open containers, and liquid reagents. It is not designed for wrapped packs, porous textiles, or hollow/lumened instruments (Class B is required for those).

The drying module is optional and can be factory-installed for an additional USD 180. If your loads include textiles, gowns, or any materials that need to come out dry and ready for storage, please request the drying option when placing your order.

The hand wheel door features a mechanical safety interlock that physically prevents opening while the chamber is pressurized. The self-inflating silicone seal ensures a reliable closure with every cycle. Operators are protected from accidental steam release.

Yes. Once you load the chamber, close the door, and press start, the microprocessor automatically purges cool air, heats to your preset temperature (105-134 Degree), maintains the sterilization plateau for the time you've set (0-99 min or 0-99h 59min), exhausts steam, and signals completion with an audible alarm. No manual intervention is required.

Four chamber volumes: 35L, 50L, 75L, and 100L. The 35L and 50L are popular for dental clinics and small labs; the 75L and 100L suit hospital CSSD departments and larger laboratories.
