AI-Powered supplier vetting

SummaryHangzhou Safedoor Automation & Hardware Co., Ltd., established in 2002, is presented as a manufacturer of door and gate automation products. It provides 3D design, OEM, ODM, and multiple customization options, and reports new products within the past year. Service procedures exist for corrective actions and complaint handling, but the assessment procedure has no records. Production information indicates one production line and output of 50,000 automatic door motors, with fewer than five quality-control staff. Quality assurance, traceability, and test-equipment status are not demonstrated; reported test equipment is zero. The supplier has no overseas warehouse, showroom, agents or branches, and reports no overseas-service countries or offline trade-show participation. No management-system certifications are listed. SDK support is unavailable. Customer-related evidence is limited to OEM service for popular brands, without named cases.

Supplier typeThe supplier is explicitly identified as a manufacturer of interior swing door operators and a producer of door and gate automation products. It is also explicitly classified as not being a professional technical supplier.

CertificationsThe supplier management-system certification field is recorded as NIL. This provides no evidence of certification and indicates a deficiency if certification is required.

R&D capabilityThe supplier reports new products within the past year, provides ODM services, and offers 3D software design services. However, it has one R&D engineer, no available SDK, and is explicitly not classified as a professional technical supplier, so innovation capability is demonstrated but limited in breadth.

Customization capabilityThe supplier explicitly offers customization from samples and designs, full and minor customization, flexible customization, 3D design services, OEM, and ODM services. Its R&D engineer responsibilities are customized according to customer requirements, providing direct evidence of broad customization support.

Product Q&A

Q:Is this operator suitable for my heavy wooden or metal door?

Yes, our surface-mounted operators are designed with high torque to handle a wide range of door types. We offer models with different thrust forces (e.g., 200N, 300N) capable of opening single doors up to 800kg or double doors up to 2x600kg. Whether it's a heavy solid wood door, aluminum profile door, or steel fire door, simply select the model that matches your door's weight and width specifications.

Q:Can I install it myself, or do I need a professional? Is it difficult to mount on the surface?

The "surface mounting" design is specifically engineered for easy installation without needing to embed wires inside the wall or door frame. It comes with a comprehensive installation template and manual. While many DIY enthusiasts can install it, we recommend having a professional electrician handle the wiring connection to ensure safety and warranty validity. The mechanical arm adjustment is tool-free and user-friendly.

Q:What happens during a power outage? Can the door still be opened manually?

Absolutely. Safety and accessibility are our top priorities. All our swing door operators feature a manual release function (usually a key switch or a pull-cord mechanism). In the event of a power failure or emergency, you can easily disengage the motor drive and push/pull the door open manually with very little resistance, ensuring smooth traffic flow even without electricity.
