The pellet chips line uses a DLG100 single-screw extruder and includes an electric dryer before frying. The bugle chips lines use SLG65-III or SLG70-II twin-screw extruders, and the formed products can be fried directly without a separate drying process.

A:
The pellet chips line generally includes mixing, screw conveying, single-screw extrusion, cutting, conveying, drying, frying, sifting, seasoning, and cooling. The bugle chips line includes mixing, screw conveying, twin-screw extrusion, cutting, frying, sifting, seasoning, and cooling.
Q:Can the line produce different shapes?
A:
Yes. Different moulds and cutting settings can be used to produce various formed snack shapes. The final shape depends on the selected mould, cutter, raw-material formula, and process settings.
