Q:What is your production time?
A:
We normally effect shipment within 10~12 days for cash rolls, label adhesive paper 12~15 days for OEM preprinted rolls and forms 15~20 days for jumbo thermal and carbonless paper rolls
Q:How can we have our rolls preprinted according to our request?
A:
To make OEM preprinted rolls, we would request either artwork in PDF, CDR format with sizes & pantone color in details, or an exact sample sent to our factory by air.
Q:What is cost for OEM preprinted sample rolls?
A:
Before making your OEM preprinted rolls, we collect printing plate cost 200~500usd based on the complexity of artwork. It usually takes us 5~7 days to finish printing. Upon approval of artwork and confirmation of your order in bulk quantity, the plate cost would be credited from your order payment.
Q:What is cost for OEM preprinted rolls?
A:
Printing cost is related to quantity of each order and # of artwork colors. Please contact us freely with your detailed requirements by email. Our sales group would come back to you immediately with the best quotation.
Q:What is your minimum quantity?

We donot request MQQ. We welcome test and trial orders, which we believe, would definitely lead to bigger and more regular orders in the future. We accept different products of ours mixed in one container. We are professional at working out the most reasonable way to load the maximum of container space.
